Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse

Experience the power of a circle of women who are growing and healing each week. Firefly groups are restorative, empowering, and powerful. Using evidence-based interventions, therapists will help clients process their experience with other survivors who can understand and relate in a deeply validating way.

This virtual support group provides a safe and supportive space for women, ages 18+ who are survivors of adult sexual abuse. Common themes addressed include, but are not limited to: flashbacks, feeling safe, sexuality, self-blame, others' reactions, coping skills, the criminal justice system, etc. This group offers an opportunity to connect with others with similar histories, process experiences at your own pace, and build resilience in a compassionate setting. Using evidence-based approaches, our therapists can help to empower and guide you on your healing journey. Group meets weekly for 90 minutes.

Please Note: Clients must be in New York state at time of session
