Group Description:
Teens will learn the four core DBT Skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness and
Emotional Regulation.
These skills are particularly helpful for those that struggle with emotional sensitivity, emotional reactivity, and impulsivity.
We also have many virtual DBT groups available to teens of all ages that reside in NY, NJ, MA, and VT.
