We're passionate about DBT skills and how they can help people better regulate their emotions, tolerate distress, improve relationships, and increase their mindfulness.
Group members have told us they greatly value the support, knowledge, and community this group provides.
Our DBT group runs for 8 weeks and is for adult residents of NY.
