Group Description:
Our grief group is designed to support individuals through their healing journey over the course of eight remote sessions. Each session focuses on different aspects of coping with loss, integrating somatic work to help participants manage their emotions and physical responses. Techniques such as breath work are introduced to help calm the nervous system and provide a sense of grounding. Additionally, writing exercises are incorporated to encourage self-expression and reflection, allowing participants to process their grief in a safe and supportive environment. This holistic approach aims to foster a deeper understanding of personal grief and build resilience through shared experiences and therapeutic practices.
