Millennial Black Women Therapy Group

Open processing group for Black women who identify as Millennials where participants can develop a sense of belonging, improve self-esteem, practice building trust, communication skills, and increase self-awareness and accountability. The group size ranges between 3-8 women. All will need to be based in NY or NJ. The topics are formed organically by members of the group.
