Prenatal to parenthood support group for moms

Description: This is a support group that uses psychodynamic psychotherapy techniques to help

facilitate the bond between group members who are struggling pregnancy, postpartum, and

parenthood to small children. All group members have been with the group since their own

pregnancies or postpartum period and have nurtured each other through that time. This group

allows group members to enter at any point in their pregnancy, postpartum or early parenthood

journey. This group is focused on the interpersonal dynamics one can work on in group therapy

and is run by a licensed psychoanalyst who specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and

parenting mental health
