Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) Group 

Does your child struggle with anxiety or OCD? SPACE is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center. In this group, parents will learn the principles of SPACE and how, through this systematic approach, they can alter the way they respond to their child's anxiety. These shifts will strengthen their child's ability to cope while in distress and lessen their need to rely on their parents for support. This group is currently open for enrollment for the summer and fall cohorts. Cost: $100/session, 4 weeks total.
