All About Me
I am a multiracial, native New Yorker currently pursuing my MSed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. John’s University. With a professional background as a paralegal, I bring a strong foundation in advocacy, attention to detail, and an understanding of the systems that impact individuals and communities. My approach to counseling is person-centered, rooted in the belief that everyone holds the inner capacity for healing and growth. I strive to create a supportive, affirming space where clients—especially those from the LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalized groups—feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered in their journeys.
Growing up in one of the most diverse cities in the world has shaped my deep appreciation for culture, identity, and resilience. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy reading books with macabre and psychological themes, traveling, photography, listening to music, and spending time with my dog. These personal interests keep me grounded and continue to inform my empathy and curiosity in the therapeutic space. I am passionate about fostering meaningful connections and supporting others as they navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and courage.
