All About Me
I am a graduate student at Fordham University, currently pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I practice a predominantly humanistic approach to counseling, emphasizing the importance of meeting clients where they are and tailoring my methods to their unique needs. I am excited to learn and grow alongside my clients, fostering a collaborative and empathetic therapeutic relationship.
My journey into counseling is deeply personal, inspired by witnessing the mental health struggles of friends and feeling a profound calling to help others facing similar challenges. Outside of my work, I find joy in practicing mindfulness through yoga and nature walks, spending quality time with my dogs, filling up my cup with my friends and loved ones, and indulging in my love for making and drinking coffee."
