All About Me
I am a graduate student pursuing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Yeshiva University. My approach is rooted in the humanistic belief in unconditional positive regard and shaped by existential ideas about the importance of meaning, connection, and community. I view therapy as a collaborative process—an opportunity to reflect, grow, and explore more fulfilling and beautiful ways of being.
I am a Jewish American and speak both Hebrew and Yiddish. A long-standing fascination with questions like What gives life meaning? and How do we find happiness? is what drew me to the field of therapy. I believe that when we collaborate, we become greater than the sum of our parts. Over time, I’ve come to see community as essential to well-being, and therapy as a meaningful part of that—a sacred space of human connection where we can feel, heal, learn, and grow together.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading history, sharing life with my wife and children, and drinking more coffee than I probably should.
