Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

KAP

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an innovative, evidence-informed approach that combines the therapeutic benefits of ketamine with the healing power of psychotherapy.

Designed to support individuals struggling with suicidal ideation, PTSD, substance abuse, treatment resistant depression and anxiety, amongst other mental health challenges. KAP offers a unique opportunity for deep psychological insight, emotional processing, and transformation.

In a safe, supportive, and professionally guided setting, ketamine is administered sublingually at sub-anesthetic doses to facilitate altered states of consciousness. These states can allow for greater access to unconscious material, enhanced neuroplasticity, and a temporary loosening of entrenched patterns of thought and behavior. Within this expanded state, clients can explore emotions, memories, and beliefs with increased clarity and compassion.

Our KAP services include:

  • Referral for medical screening and monitoring to ensure safety and suitability

  • Preparation sessions to establish trust, intention, and readiness

  • Weekly or bi-weekly Ketamine sessions conducted in the comfort of your own home, guided by experienced clinicians

  • Weekly Integration therapy to help process and apply insights gained from the experience

Whether you're seeking relief from persistent symptoms or exploring new pathways for growth and healing, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy offers a powerful complement to traditional talk therapy—one that honors the mind-body connection and your innate capacity for healing.
